Fitness has been a passion of mine since my college days. It taught me the importance of establishing a healthy routine, making time for self-care, and finding natural ways to handle stress. I continue to share these valuable lessons with my clients to help them improve their own lives.
As a veteran instructor, I’ve been helping individuals find time for their own fitness routine in the gym classroom and as a private instructor. I’ve recently expanded my services to include fitness coaching in a small group and one-on-one setting, private yoga instruction, and private group yoga events in the most gorgeous hill country settings. I focus on tailoring each session to meet the specific needs of my clients and to help them see continuous health improvements.
I love incorporating body weight and core training into my practice, which is why I became a master instructor for Bootie Camp Yoga©. This includes certifying new instructors, mentoring existing instructors, and presenting at national conferences.
