I have experience working with clients starting a fitness routine, focused on weight loss or muscle definition, interested in stress relief, or older clients looking to maintain balance and flexibility.

I get to know my clients from our FIRST conversation. Knowing what their schedule is like, current eating habits, interests, and passions helps me understand what works for them. I love working one-on-one with clients to help relieve stress, anxiety, stiffness, and flexibility. Through nutrition and fitness, they can achieve their weight loss goals, have more energy, and increased focus. And this has a positive impact on EVERY aspect of their lives!
